May I ask where I can see the disk storage usage rate in the host monitoring? I didn’t see the corresponding module on Grafana. Recently, the root directory space usage of the computing node reached 100%, causing the computing node to go offline.

When deploying a TiDB cluster, there are Prometheus, Grafana, and Node Exporter. Node Exporter is mainly responsible for collecting monitoring metrics related to host resources. Prometheus pulls the metrics data exposed by Node Exporter for storage. You only need to import the host-related template in Grafana (using that Prometheus as the data source) to get the monitoring charts.

  1. Click import in Grafana
  2. Click load, select the data source, and click import

You can use the built-in alerting feature of Grafana.

There are alerts in Prometheus. Maybe the alert notifications are not configured.

You can also directly monitor the disk space of your host.
