Does TiKV support count for a key?

TiDB version:

TiDB v6.4.0. I only use TiKV, not TiDB.

Problem:

Does TiKV support count for a key? I stored my data in TiKV and I want to do a paging query on the data. Can anyone tell me how to do it?
